SuperTags allows you to specify a single metadata key for which SocketLabs will extract the associated values from each message and aggregate performance across those values for analytical purposes.
SuperTags are currently only available to SocketLabs Enterprise and Spotlight Reporting customers.
SuperTags should not be unique per message. Like a MailingID, the purpose of a SuperTag is to provide an additional field for segmentation and reporting on of a grouping of messages.
Adding SuperTags when sending via SocketLabs
- Add metadata to your messages as outlined in our Metadata and Tags article.
- Then from your server, under Configuration -> Server Settings, add the singular key that you would like to establish as your SuperTag.

- Add metadata to your messages as outlined in the documentation for your sending infrastructure
- Then, from your Connector Settings, add the singular key that you would like to establish as your SuperTag:
