Engagement Score

The Engagement Score analyzes how recipients are interacting with your email.

The Engagement Score is one facet of StreamScore. It mirrors the engagement-based decisions used in anti-spam filtering technology to identify its impact on inbox placement.

Factors that could impact your Engagement Score:

  • The emails you send are not expected by the recipient, sent too frequently, or timed poorly, and therefore receive negative engagement (i.e. spam complaints, unsubscribes, etc.).
  • There may not be a clear call to action in your email and there is no clear value for the recipient.
  • Your email may be too generic and not personalized to each recipient.
