Changing the Account Owner
Please Note
Due to our security policies, our Support team does not have the authority to perform these changes for you.

Log into the Control Panel as the account owner.
- If the email address associated with the owner of the account no longer exists, you will need to contact your email administrator and recreate the email address to process a password reset.

Access the Preferences and Security configuration pages from the the dropdown menu under the user's name in the top right corner.

Change the information as desired and save the updated configuration.
