Changing the Account Owner

Please Note

In accordance with security policies, our Support team cannot make these changes on your behalf.

  1. Log into the Control Panel as the account owner.

    • If the email address associated with the owner of the account no longer exists, you will need to contact your email administrator and recreate the email address.  You can then process a password reset and the username and password reset link will be emailed to that address..
  2. Access the Preferences and Security configuration pages from the the dropdown menu under the user's name in the top right corner.

  3. Change the information as desired and save the updated configuration.
