Configuration
- First, click Configuration from the left-hand menu and select Connector Management.
3. Select Mailgun, then add Account Name and Account ID. Click Save.
4. Copy the Endpoint URL so you can add it to your Mailgun account, and click Save.
You will now need to create webhooks within your Mailgun account.
To do so, you’ll need to complete the following steps:
- Log in to your Mailgun account and navigate to Sending > Webhooks
- Select the appropriate domain from the dropdown, then hit the Add Webhook button.

Select your first event type, then paste your Endpoint URL.
- Follow the same steps (Steps 2 and 3) for every event type available. All event types are required.
- Accepted
- Opens
- Clicks
- Delivered Messages
- Unsubscribes
- Spam Complaints
- Temporary Failure
- Permanent Failure
- When you've pasted all your endpoints into all event types, your dashboard should look similar to below:
